The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498-A of IPC r/w Sections 3 and 4 of Dowri Prohibition Act, in Crime No. not known of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and closed in C.S.R.No.37 of 2016.
