ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Judicial Magistrate, Yanam to dispose of the case in PRC No.08 of 2018.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) for the respondent.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Yanam, is directed to commit PRC No.08 of 2018, to the concerned Sessions Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Thereafter, the trial Court shall complete the proceedings within a period of three months from the date of the framing of charges.
