RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., Notice has been served on the 1st Respondent and pursuant to which, Mr.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader for the 1st Respondent and submitted that Ms.T.Tamilselvi, Panchayat President,Karuvappanaickanoor Village, Maanupatty P.O., Udumalpet T.K., the 1st Respondent herein is not well and therefore she is not in a position to appear before this Court. He assured that she will appear before this Court in the next date of hearing.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader further submitted that as against the order dated 02.01.2023 passed in W.P.No.7217 of 2011, the Respondents have preferred a Writ Appeal in WA.Sr.No.44846 of 2023 along with condone delay petition in C.M.P.No.13943 of 2023,wherein notice was ordered and served on the writ petitioner and Affidavit of Service to that effect was also filed before this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader is directed to serve copies of the aforesaid Writ Appeal to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Post on 09.08.2023.
