This petition is filed to modify the condition para (5) passed in Crl.M.P.No.5762 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.240 of 2021 dated 06.05.2021, to report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Special Judge, Tiruvallur on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been complying with the condition without fail. The petitioner was admitted in hospital in Madurai and diagnosed as cardiac problem and has undergone angiogram and stent was fixed and requested that considering his health condition, the Court modify the condition to report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Special Judge, Tiruvallur on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30. a.m to one of once in four months at 10.30 a.m on the first working day. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Accordingly, taking into consideration the health condition of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in para 5 of the order alone passed in Crl.M.P.No.5762 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.240 of 2021 dated 06.05.2021 to report before the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Special Judge, Tiruvallur on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30. a.m to " report once in four months at 10.30 a.m on the first working day commencing from 01.08.2022."

5. With the above direction this petition is allowed. 28.07.2022.
