This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.14153 of 2022 dated 20.06.2022 to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- as non refundable deposit to the credit of Puducherry Advocate Fund.

3. However, this court finds no merits in this petition to consider.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.

The time to execute sureties in Crl.OP.No.14153 of 2022 dated 20.06.2022 is extended till 26.07.2022.
