This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the appeal purusant to the order of the learned Master, dated 31.03.2023.

2. Heard Mr.N.Elayaraja, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr.Leelesh Sundaram, learned counsel for Nathan & Associates, appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same and also the age of the petitioner, the delay is condoned. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for.
