Seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 to register the petitioner's complaint dated 10.02.2015 and proceed with the investigation in accordance with the law and file a final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.It appears that the petitioner has filed this petition claiming rights over the poramboke land. The police cannot investigate into the matter and decide the issue. Hence, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil Court to establish her rights.
