The petitioner seeks direction upon the second respondent/Police to file final report in Cr.No.226 of 2011, within the time, as stipulated by this Court.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has Compact Disk with her, which shows the accused, who had snatched the chain from her. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to produce the Compact Disk before the Investigating Officer, and on receipt of the same, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Investigating Officer, the second respondent herein is directed to complete the investigation of the case and file final report as expeditiously as possible.
