This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 42 days in filing the above Criminal Revision. 2.This matter was listed in Advance List on 24.11.2023. Thereafter, the same is listed today and taken up for hearing. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was out of station to attend calamity and could not able to give necessary instructions to the counsel. Due to which, there was delay of 42 days. 4.Despite service of notice and name printed in the cause list, no representation for the respondents. Hence, they have no serious objection for condoning the delay.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered. 27.11.2023 vv2 Note: Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
