(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S. Silambu Selvan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Mr.R.Soundararajan, learned counsel for respondent No.4.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that a fresh survey would be conducted and if encroachment is found, then action in accordance with the Act would be undertaken.
3. In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
