O R D E R

This petition has been filed for fixing a time limit for the disposal of the H.M.O.P.No.42 of 2014 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Sathyamangalam.

2. The respondent has entered appearance through counsel. The submissions made on both sides are heard.

3. Since the enquiry in the H.M.O.P. has been unnecessarily delayed, this

Court is of the view that the prayer sought for can be granted. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Subordinate Judge, Sathyamangalam is directed to took up the trial of the H.M.O.P.No.42 of 2014 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
