ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.01.2021 and investigate the same in accordance with law within time limit stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, FIR has been registered in crime No.3 of 2021, for offences under Sections 294(b), 324 IPC https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and counter complaint has also been registered against the petitioner in Crime 2 of 2021 for offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 341 & 506(ii) IPC.

3.If the petitioner is aggrieved that any of the sections or ingredients are not properly recorded, he shall make a representation to the respondent police. The respondent police is to conduct the enquiry on both the complaints of the petitioner and the counter complainant and if any cognizable offence is made out, to register a case by following the Police Standing Orders 588 A and dispose of the above case. 4.With the abovesaid directions, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
