ORDER

This writ petition has been filed restraining the first respondent from conducting further enquiry based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent.

2. Today , when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. AjayKhose, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent, on instructions, submitted that now the 3rd respondent is not interested to proceed further with the complaint filed against the petitioner herein and hence, the first respondent may be directed not to proceed with the enquiry.

3. Considering the above submission, the first respondent is directed not to proceed with the complaint filed by the 3rd respondent against the petitioner and hence, this Writ Petition is closed as no further adjudication is required in this matter. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
