This petition is filed to dispense with production of the certified copy of the Decree passed in O.S.No.168 of 2014 before the District Munsif Judge, at Sirkali and also the certified copy of the decree passed in A.S.No.79 of 2018 before the Principal Sub Judge at Myladuthurai.

2.The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he has applied for the certified copy of the Decree passed in O.S.No.168 of 2014 before the District Munsif Judge, at Sirkali and also the certified copy of the decree passed in A.S.No.79 of 2018 before the Principal Sub Judge at Myladuthurai. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also the submission of the appellant, the production of the Decree passed in O.S.No.168 of 2014 before the District Munsif Judge, at Sirkali and also the certified copy of the decree passed in A.S.No.79 of 2018 before the Principal Sub Judge at Myladuthurai is dispensed with for the present. The learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to present the same as and when required.
