Prayer :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records in F.I.R. No.5 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, AWPS Chengalpattu Police Station and quash the same.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.5 of 2019 on the file of AWPS Chengalpattu Police Station for the offences under Sections 294 (b), 420, 506(1) of IPC.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the stay was pending in this matter, the first respondent Police has filed the charge sheet before the Additional Mahila Court, Chengalpattu and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.94 of 2020. In view of the same, the petitioner has filed another Crl.O.P.No.2367 of 2021. In the said petition, the Court has passed an order on 22.02.2021 for quashing the charge sheet itself. In view of the said order, this petition which has been filed to quash the F.I.R. has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
