This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.4680 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.5283 of 2022 on 07.04.2022 to appear before the investigating officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till completion of investigation and filing final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating officer as and when required for interrogation.
