ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to declare the education certificates issued to the 12th respondent as invalid in the eye of law.

2.Though the petitioner sought a larger relief in this writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of his argument, restricted the same to the extent of directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2013 and pass appropriate orders, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents have no serious objection.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, directs the third respondent

to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2013 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
