Cont.P.No.2984 of 2014 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order and direction has been complied with, but in respect of few of the petitioners, there is a slight discrepancy with regard to the service benefits. 3.In our considered view, this can be worked out separately, if there is any individual grievance qua the petitioners. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy, if they still have any grievance in the manner, in which, the judgment and order was implemented.
