, J These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2. Heard Mrs.N.B.Sureka, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Insurance Company.

3. Mr.M. Lokesh, learned counsel who undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the claimant/s in M.C.O.P. No.878/2021 and M.C.O.P. No.879/2021, did not raise any serious objection in allowing these petitions.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 95 days in filing the above appeals is condoned.
