WMP.No.17570 of 2024 in W.P.No.14948 of 2024 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J, This petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondents 3 to 5 as respondents 3 to 6 in the Writ Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted since the petitioner has purchased the land from the proposed third and fourth respondents and they had obtained loan from the fifth respondents, the proposed respondents are proper and necessary parties to the Writ Petition and hence, they have to be impleaded in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the above submissions, this petition is Ordered.

4. The registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

5. Notice to the newly impleaded respondents 3 to 5 returnable by 15.07.2024. Private notice is also permitted.
