(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to adhere to the directions of the Supreme Court in S.L.P. (C) No. 7513 OF 2015, dated 27 April, 2015. 2.
The grievance of the petitioners seems to be that the Registry of the Debts Recovery Tribunal is not entertaining the application dated 19 November 2015.

It is for the Debts Recovery Tribunal to examine the facts of the case. If the petitioners have any grievance in respect of non registration of the case, they are entitled to approach the Presiding Officer of the Debts Recovery Tribunal. Thus, no case is made out for entertaining this writ petition, at this stage. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
