The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2018 and direct the first respondent to allot the Old Plot No.100, New Plot Nos.226 & 227, measuring about 1600 Sq.ft situated at S.No.866/9, Thanthai Periyar Nagar in Thirumullaivoyal Village.

2. Though the prayer in this writ petition is large in its scope, the learned counsel for the petitioner now, confines the same to the extent that the representation dated 11.04.2018, submitted by the petitioner, be considered only on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Considering the limited scope of the matter, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders only on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
