186 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate II Court, Karaikal, Puducherry State and quash the same for offences under Section 120-B read with 420, 468 read with 471 & 109 of Indian Penal Code in respect of the charges as against the petitioners.
2. These petitioners are arrayed as A3, A1, A7, A15, A13, A14, A4, A12, A6, A5, A8 and A10 respectively and pending Original Petitions, they seek dispense with the personal appearance of them for each and every hearing of the above C.C.
