Heard both sides.

2. The writ petitioner claims to be residing in the petition mentioned land. Admittedly, it is a sarkar poromboke. The petitioner has made representations on 12.01.2026 and 09.04.2026 to the respondents seeking issuance of house site patta. However, there was no action on the part of the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the interested persons, including other applicants if any, and pass an order on merits and in accordance with law, on the representation submitted by the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
