ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of petition schedule mentioned property.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused all the materials placed before this Court.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has sought for direction to the second respondent to issue patta in his name in respect of petition schedule mentioned property. In this regard, the petitioner has already submitted representation before the respondents. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.03.2024 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on 2/4

merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
