Despite several opportunities granted, no counter affidavit has been filed as on date.

2.I have heard M/s.S.P.Arthi, learned counsel for the applicant/1st plaintiff and she would take me through the affidavit necessitating the amendment, which are only inadvertent and typographical and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit. This application is allowed.

Amendment shall be carried out and amended copy of the plaint shall be filed within a period of two weeks.

3.Counter affidavit to be filed in A.No.3075 of 2024 within a period of two weeks.
