..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2022 to remove the classification Anathinam and restore the patta No.8, in the name of the petitioner for his land in survey No.350/3, measuring to an extent of 59 cents Paiyanur Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 10.10.2022 before the respondents to remove the classification Anathinam and restore the patta No.8, on his name for the land in survey No.350/3, measuring to an extent of 59 cents Paiyanur Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2022 will be considered within a period of four weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.10.2022, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
