The present application has been filed to extend the mandate of the Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 6 months.

2. Mr.V.G.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent and also submits that he has no objection for extending the mandate.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the fact that the learned Arbitrator had heard the arguments of the counsels and is expected to pass an Award and in that context, this Court is of the view that three (3) months time can be granted and accordingly, this Court grants extension of time for a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 10-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order GBA
