O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the order of rejection passed by the respondent in proceedings dated 14.02.2014 for grant of permission to conduct the cultural program scheduled to be held on 12.03.2014 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2014.
2. The Learned Government Advocate made a submission that the Inspector of Police raised an objection for grant of permission on the ground that there is a possibility of law and order problem in that locality. However, the permission is sought for in respect of the cultural program conducted on 12.03.2014 and now after a lapse of about 4 years, the relief as sought for need not be considered at all and the case aroused became infructuous.
