ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.0007 of 2022 on the file of 1st respondent police.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for 1st respondent would submit that after completion of trial in the charge sheet in C.C.No.366 of 2022, the case ended in acquittal. So, the prayer sought by the petitioner in this petition as such became infructuous.
