When the writ petition is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent Corporation that the encroachment has been removed.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent Corporation, no further orders are required. The Corporation is expected to ensure that portions marked as roads are not encroached by anyone.

The writ petition stands closed with the above observation. No costs.
