This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.110 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police.

Side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation is completed and the draft Final Report is also ready and that the same will be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Villupuram within a period of one week. The undertaking given by the respondent Police is recorded and this Criminal Original Petition is disposed off. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
