The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12221 of 2024 dated 03.06.2024 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30.a.m., for a period of three months. It is the grievance of the petitioner that, respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Thus, he seeks for modification.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Tiruppur Central Police Station on every Wednesday at 10.30.a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
