ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in M.P.No.368 of 2010 dated 27.07.2010 in RCA.No.1186 of 2006 on the file of the VIII Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has made an endorsement to the effect as follows:

" I may be permitted to withdraw since compromise has been effected".

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
