Seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere with his Medical Practice in Allopathic System of Medicine which has been recognized by the Communication of Director General of Police, Gudiyattam Town Police Station, Gudiyattam, Vellore District, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. Taking into consideration of the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner cannot be made in this case because it is seen that this petitioner is practicing Allopathic medicine without obtaining necessary degree. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
