When it is pointed out by the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First to Sixth Respondents that the property of the Petitioner does not fall within the territorial limits of jurisdiction of the Respondents, who have been made as parties to the Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. It is further submitted that the Petitioner would make proper representation to the competent authorities and in the event of their failure to act upon the same, he would work out his remedies before the appropriate forum in the manner recognized by law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
