ORDER

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff that only the properties in Schedule A, D & F are in the hands of the third respondent, which has also been recorded in paragraph 3 of the order. However, an apparent error has been pointed out in the order. Having recorded a finding that the third respondent is in possession of the Schedule A, D & F properties, this Court had appointed an Advocate

Receiver only with respect to those properties. This Court had specifically recorded that there was no necessity to appoint a Receiver in respect of Schedule B, C & E as they are not in the hands of the third respondent.

2. Hence, the following corrections shall be made in Paragraph 3 of the order dated 15.04.2025 made in O.A.No.67 of 2023: The sentence beginning with "Since the Schedule B, C & E....."shall be replaced as "Since the Schedule A, D & F..." 07-08-2025 (1/2) kak Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and re-issue fresh order copy to the respective parties.
