Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by one Pothina Jyothi Swarupais, the third respondentPolice conducted an enquiry on 13.12.2024. He further submitted that since the de-facto complainant did not appear for enquiry, the said complaint was closed and hence, there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
