ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 23.01.2015 in CSR Bo.85/2015 and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. It is seen that the dispute essentially arose between the employer and employee with regard to payment of wages. Therefore, the direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be issued to the respondent. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
