Common Prayer :- These Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the fair and final orders passed in I.A.No.418 of 2007, I.A.No.253 of 2007 and I.A.No.254 of 2007 respectively in O.S.No.5 of 2007 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court No.I, Coimbatore, dated 12.10.2009. For Petitioners : Mr.S.Arjun For Respondents : Mr.S.Saravanan COMMON ORDER When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw these Civil Revision Petitions. A letter dated 28.10.2015 in this regard was produced by the petitioners, which reads as follows: "We received the notice to appear for the High Court Mediation, however, the suit itself is compromised in O.S.No.5 of 2005 on 17.12.2013 and F.S was also recorded. Therefore, kindly record this letter and withdraw the above said CRPs".

An endorsement to that effect has also been made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in the above said letter.

3. Recording the letter dated 28.10.2015 given by the petitioners and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 08.02.2016 srn To :
