PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the order of detention against the petitioner's brother namely D.Thiruselvam @ Lawrence, S/o.Davidkumar in C.No.41/G/IS/2024, dated 09.05.2024 on the file of the second respondent herein and quash the said order and direct the respondents herein to produce the body of the detenue namely D.Thiruselvam @ Lawrence, S/o.Davidkumar, now confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore, before this Court and set him at liberty.
