ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.01.2015 as against one Vasudevan and his parents, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the first respondent police is directed to conduct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry in CSR No.12/2015 and in the light of the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)], register a case if cognizable offences are made out and proceed further as expeditiously as possible

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
