2.When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, a sum of Rs.9,050/- towards interest for belated payment of subsistence allowance, was deducted from the salary of the officer concerned and was also paid to the petitioner on 31.12.2020 and hence, the order of this Court dated 18.12.2020 has been complied with. 3.In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that no further order is required to be passed in this Contempt Petition, except recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.
