Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the pending complaint dated 27.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represents that the petition enquiry in C.S.No.97 of 2015 was conducted and the same was closed on 28.03.2015, as the matter appeared to be civil in nature. The learned counsel also submits that O.S.No.70 of 2014 is pending before the District Munsif Court, Arakonam. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
