2012 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same (In WP.NO.4845/2014) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.K.GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.GOVI GANESAN, Advocate for the 2 to 5 Respondents, the court made the following order:- In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 17.06.2021 and 07.09.2021, the learned counsel for the Petitioner/Corporation submitted that a sum of Rs.25,000/- has been paid to each of the four legal heirs.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the total sum of Rs.1,00,000/- is acknowledged to be a full and final settlement of the entire dues of late L.Vetrayan.

3. In view of the settlement made, no further order is required in the present writ petition.
