This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 15.06.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that during the enquiry, the petitioner appeared before the first respondent police and gave a letter that she would approach the Economic Offence Wing along with her father. The letter addressed by the petitioner to the respondent police was produced before this Court. On the strength of the said letter, petition enquiry in CSR No.528 of 2016 has been closed on 08.08.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
