This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the offence as 363, 376(2) (n) IPC and Sections 5(1), 5(j)(ii) r/w 6(i) of POCSO Act 2012 and include under Section 366 I.P.C and Secion 9 of Prohibition of Children Marriage Act 2006 in Crl.O.P.No.11010 of 2023 order dated 17.05.2023.

2.Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the averments made in the petition filed in support of his claim and also in view of the no objection of the learned Public Prosecutor, the above captioned Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. For complying the said order time is extended by two weeks from today.
