ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to revert back the classification of the land in S.No.81/1A of Bagalahalli Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri to its normal state i.e., Punja Agricultural land by fixing the appropriate Guideline value for the said land and also to remove the Rs.0/- (Rupees Zero only) Guideline value which are available in the third respondent's valuation records office in respect of the said land in S.No.81/1A of Bagalahalli Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2021.
2. Heard Mr.A.Ilayaperumal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 06.08.2021, after giving him an opportunity of hearing and after calling for the records from the Revenue officials in respect of the subject property comprised in S.No.81/1A of Bagalahalli Village, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
