However, when it is found that the counsel for the appellants had already taken several adjournments for making submissions, I do not feel it fit to grant further time, and hence in view of the above position, inasmuch as the counsel for the appellant is not ready to prosecute the Appeal and the appellants being called and remaining absent, the Second Appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution.
