ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 03.08.2011 passed in WP.No.15928 of 2010.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 03.08.2011 has been complied with. They have also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(3D)No.7 Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare (ADW4) Department, dated 24.08.2015 to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the contempt petition is closed.
